Add a utility script to automate embedding extraction from a list of text files.

Hi, thanks for your contribution, I applied some minor fixes to the file in 20bd41fe894cfb1f060cabfe8ebcfb9ec222418e since we changed the way the model is loaded (now using state_dict). Best, Alexis
