Is missing "1.4 Comparing the Changepoint Detectors"? #237

I was reading the "kats_202_detection.ipynb" tutorial, but didn't find the "1.4 Comparing the Changepoint Detectors". Is it missing?

Thanks for pointing this out @mpechoto . This is an error in the tutorial #239 should fix.
