why the Ground-truth bilingual dictionaries of English-to-Chinese and Chinese-to-English show the error code? #127

I can‘t down load the dictionaries from "./get evaluation.sh" script, so I tried to download it directly from the page "https://dl.fbaipublicfiles.com/arrival/dictionaries/en-zh.txt", but it shows in error code. I couldn't change the encoding to let them show in the right way, neither could I use it.

Anyone can help?Thanks in advance.
