Any idea to add dailydialog dataset #518

it's a multi-turn English corpus for open-domain conversation you can see the paper at https://arxiv.org/abs/1710.03957

@jaseweston now I am busy at sigir (ddl:1.29) once i get time i will do it.

This dataset also contains topic and emotion information which will be very useful

Closing this task as I've added it to https://github.com/facebookresearch/ParlAI/issues/492 but it would still be great if you add it!
