I'm incorporating the batchSize argument in the R package and found the following compiler messages.

some unsigned/signed integer comparisons in model.cpp
unused variable - removed that code as requested during the last pull request also
one unsigned/sigend integer comparison in starspace.cpp which I forgot to push last time
