Music related settings addition #20

Please add following options as settings in future, if possible:

Setting target BPM (i.e. 120)
Setting target time signature (i.e. 3/4)
Setting target key (i.e. c major)

All those can be conditioned with the prompt up to a point. So far, prompting with "n BPM" in clear-beat music (like electronic) gets me audio with a +-5 bpm difference

We need to be able to set these things directly, without the variance (like +- 5 bpm difference)
