Does music generated by pre-trained model can be used for AD supported youtube video or commercially #203

Hi,

We know that model weights are licensed for Non commercial use only. However need clarification about content generated by pre-trained Model. If an app use this pre-trained model does user of the app use generated music or content for personal or professional use?

To the best of my knowledge (I'm not a lawyer) the generated content falls under fair-use. It should be the same as when you use Photoshop to create a graphic. The graphic you created isn't considered a derivative of Photoshop.
