Missing depth information for apple #70

I noticed that some of the depth maps seem to be missing from the dataset. Specifically, it looks like the first apple called in the show_data demo is missing depth map information, and I'm not sure if there are other instances where this has occurred.

The file apple/540_79043_153212 appears to be missing its depth map. Min/Max vals are 0, and here is the visual comparison to a different apple.

Hi, the apple sequence comes from the manyview_test subset. The latter sequence, being from the test set, contains redacted frames with missing depths and RGB content for the purpose of ensuring fair evaluation on the test server.
