The weights for DINOv2 w/ registers have been available (almost) since release in Hugging Face's TIMM library. As for DINOv2 weights published on the Hugging Face Hub, we (DINO) are not behind the ones that have previously been exposed through the facebook organization, I believe Hugging Face staff made them available.
