ESM-MSA-1v Per task performance #122

Halo, I see that THE ESM-MSA is better than the ESM-1V, but I can't see the performance of each task Therefore, I would like to ask, does ESM-MSA-1V have the performance chart of each task? Look like Figure 3.

Hi @Licko0909, Sorry for the delayed response here. We just released data files corresponding to the Neurips camera ready version released in December. See https://github.com/facebookresearch/esm/tree/main/variant-prediction#per-task-raw-data
