I like your esm-if work. Would you please upload your GVP-GNN model implement with the GVP Decoder?

Hi Eric, @chloechsu is working on releasing the GVP-GNN ahead of the ICML camera ready deadline.

Thank you for replying. Besides, I wonder if it is possible to release the CATH 4.3 dataset that you used to train and test your model, along with the filtered test set?
