Some pdbfile ATOM sections are missing Spaces #404

such as MGYP001368909940.pdb , has fewer Spaces in the ATOM section normal：ATOM 1 N VAL A 1 19.478 29.066 43.555 1.00 40.28 N but ：ATOM 1 N MET A 1 -16.785 -18.283 -5.233 1.00 0.96 N
