NLLB weights have been licensed under CC-BY-NC 4.0. I have a few questions on that.
1) Is there any way that we can use the weights for commercial purposes (eg. fine-tuned weights, training a distilled model, etc.?)
2) Only the distribution of weights for commercial purposes is prohibited OR even outputs generated from weights (inference results) are not allowed for commercial purposes?
I need to know the exact boundaries of the license.
