Copydays dataset support #392

Summary:

  1. Add copy days dataset support for all the copydays splits.
  2. Add necessary configs and json benchmark files for experimentation.
  3. Add performance timing in anticipation for adding 20k distractor set.
  4. Create generic dataset for loading things like distractor images and training images. Would also like to
