About the difference between conf_thresh and DUMP_F_THRESH #159

I found that there is a difference between conf_thresh(default 0.05) when calculating ap and DUMP_F_THRESH(0.5) to dump result. I would like to ask the reason for the different values and how to optimize this parameter setting in the actual setting?
