How to use Lidar Point clouds for VoteNet? #52

I am really new to the field and don't have much comprehension of point clouds. I want to use LiDAR point clouds (LPC) like nuScenes dataset to train on VoteNet. I read the part in the readme file where a few instruction where given for 'Pro Users' to convert LPC in the desired format, but i didn't really understand how to follow them. Can anyone guide me?
