mention Sublime Text version + link ST website in README #38

In addition to mentioning the version, I also linked the Sublime Text website for people who happen to come across this repo via GH or some other source and who don't know ST yet.

(I'm aware the README is mirrored on packagecontrol.io so the mention is redundant for there.)
