Handle template variables better.

[x] PyMdown does not need to special format meta data anymore, it should be passed to the template so they can do whatever they want with it.
[x] Frontmatter data etc. should all be sent to the template under an appropriate namespace.
[x] Maybe settings content will be passed to template.
[x] Allow custom template variables in settings file.
[x] Find a way to make template variables accessible in Markdown content (maybe to a minor degree).
[x] Update docs

Some more changes may still take place. Still trying to figure out what I ultimately want, but the template variables feel much better now.
