ProPhoto primaries need greater precision? #244

The wiki shows more precise primaries for ProPhoto: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ProPhoto_RGB_color_space#Encoding_primaries. Packages like Colour Science, use what we are using (4 decimal places). The question is what is actually in the spec. I need to check this. We may need to use the ones in the wiki. The change will have a near negligible impact, but would make things more accurate if they are required.

I have no clue why CSS seems to be referencing the wiki primaries. The wiki even references documentation that does not use those primaries..., see here: https://www.color.org/ROMMRGB.pdf. Maybe there is a more official spec behind a paywall, but colour science is usually pretty good about referencing from the official source, so the fact they don't use the greater precision one found on the wiki would seem it is not the official one.
