At their core, agreements procure goods and services.

For each agreement, we need to track any number of goods/services purchased in several attribtues

quantity procured
cost per unit
units to calculate
funded by
item specific terms
schedule/delivery data

This may be better handled as an epic since each good/service will contain a possible one-to-many relationship with schedule/delivery data, and should contain a many-to-many relationship regarding funding source.
