Difference between 65ce02 and 4510 processors? #13

According to some docs, the C65 used the 4510 processor.

What are the differences to the 65ce02 in terms of processor core?

I understand that the 4510 includes CIA(s) - but what about the instruction set?

Does this hold true for the 4510 too?
