Looks like Github CI is throwing random errors on us ...?

I also noticed something strange: (from https://github.com/facile-it/paraunit/runs/3952421941?check_suite_focus=true) image

succeeded on 20 Oct 2021 in 40s

but

Info from https://repo.packagist.org: #StandWithUkraine

I think, that #StandWithUkraine action didn't exist in 2021? Are past tasks re-run somehow?
