test.pypi.org publish failing #361

The problem

I'd recently published some code cleanup for build scripts in #359. It looks like I introduced a bug in the auto-triggered deployment to the test environment of PyPI. I may need to refresh a token somewhere ...

Error message(s):

invalid-publisher: valid token, but no corresponding publisher (All lookup strategies exhausted)

I just had to recreate the publishing profile on test.pypi.org (and pypi.org) since the workflow file name changed. No code changes needed.
