"return to top" link missing, Chrome browser only #76

the problem

The pattern page "return to top" link does not display, in Chrome only. It also works in Chrome in developer mode, when hosted on localhost. Maybe this was just a glitch in the build?

Struggling with this one. Cannot reproduce it locally, despite it obviously not working when deployed, even after a 2nd build and deployment.

This was mysteriously fixed in #90, so it must have been a Angular bug that was fixed with a package update.

Works okay on iPadOS Chrome app
