Button component:

[x] react Link to change routes.
[x] Dynamic color
[x] Dynamic dimensions
[x] Text
[x] border radius
[x] add default attributes
[x] onHover & onClick effects

Keep in mind the following are not links

in the progress card (50% and 100%) the let's keep going button will not redirect to a new endpoint. It will only update a flag in the state.
the skip button in the quiz is going to run a function to clear the localStorage first then take me to the dashboard.
the restart test button in the dashboard will ask for confirmation then from there will clear localStorage and redirect to quiz

back button:

[x] antd's standard back button. https://ant.design/components/icon/
[x] implements the react router's goBack() method.

Progress Bar:

[x] fills dynamically as more questions are answered.

Quiz Card Wrapper:

[x] Div that wraps the quiz and quiz instruction to give them consistent width, height...etc.
