About section fixes

• Clicking on about, whether from nav bar or from the other option leads to team members, add some margin to the about section to fix it.
• font is too small and doesn't match the rest of the website

there is some space, simply made the navbar go to the top image instead of the about us id, issue fixed, please reveiw.
