A B cursor feature

Thank you for PlotJuggler, it is awesome and so helpful for my daily work!

While working with lots of data often I have to calculate deltas, let it be for time or value. Most oscilloscopes come with cursors that have an A B feature: You set cursors A and B and you get data for

• Value at A
• Time at A
• Value at B
• Time at B
• Delta value A-B
• Delta time A-B

I'd like to see a similar feature in PlugJuggler. Currently I set the TimeTracker to B and manually copy time and value. Then I move it to A and manually calculate the differences.
