We are sorry, but this is beyond the scope of this project. Since the various options of CORSIKA define how it is compiled, this can not be solved in general. I am afraid not even the steering card options are specific enough to define which CORISKA build option has to be chosen. I think this can only be solved when the classic steering card would also map the 'coconut' compile options. But then, CORSIKA could be build on the fly using the options you want. A smart lookup table would make this even reasonable fast. If you want to contribute, go ahead.

Done in fact-project/mopro3 it has a script that let's you install corsika. But you still have to do the config once and provide the header file.
