Flare Alert Reliability #245

Open dneise opened 7 years ago

Today in the meeting, we were wondering if we can trust the SH enough.

The question came up: "How often did the SH not call for a flare alert, when it should have called."

In order to answer this question, which is not safety critical, but this deemed critical for letting the shifters sleep. I will do the following:

Look at all historical QLA Data since ~ December 2016. and find the times when the SH should have called due to a flare. Then I check if it actually called using the shifthelper logfiles I found at ETHZ and at TUDO.
