Provide option for Github & other possible social login options through Kavach settings

• [x] Level 1: Remove the option for Github login temporarily
• [x] Level 2: Capture the details on Kavach studio/server, based on which the relevant login buttons show up as an intermediary solution.
• [ ] Level 3: Provide an option in Kavach studio on what social logins are possible and capture the relevant details based on the provider selected. This would be the ideal solution, where all the options and relevant data for the logins to work as expected are passed through the UI. But, right now the options are dependent on YAML files on Kratos for the supported providers on the backend, we will have to wait on this until this data can be passed as REST API: https://www.ory.sh/kratos/docs/concepts/credentials/openid-connect-oidc-oauth2/
