If a mission is no ready to start, give more input on the reason #34

As a volunteer, I want to know which missions I can start and which I can't and why, so that I can plan my work accordingly.

Right now, the screen only states that the mission is not ready to start yet. What reasons can there be? Maybe they could be shown with the help of an info icon?
