[BUG] Sign up form submit button is missing functionality from sign up form and blocks volunteer flow #472

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Heroku development app
  2. Click on volunteer call to action button
  3. Sign up with phone numer
  4. Skip connect Faebook and Google accounts
  5. Fill out sign up form and click submit
  6. Observe the result

Expected result: Volunteer will enter their dashboard and see the available missions to volunteer for

Actual result: The form submit button seems to be missing functionality and the form cannot be submitted.

Additional information: refreshing the page overrides this issue and options in side navigation for volunteers appear as normal.

I'd like to look into this one. It might have to wait until tomorrow night though.

This bug also occurs if you add the Google account in this process.

Huh. Weird bug and for sure @DrewThomasCorps go for it - maybe assign yourself over on the right? Oh wait, I'll invite you as a contributor so you can do that sort of thing.
