Fixes #35

Not sure if we should include that many plugins that also can be configured in one middleware or extract some functionality into a separate middleware.

Also the command that runs the patternlab generate process is not configurable at the moment, maybe we want to add that option as well?

@mlnmln thoughts?

@mlnmln with this config whenever JS or CSS is rebuild, the whole process starts new and rebuild also the PL stuff.

Ok, I will merge.
