Update to newest middlewares, fix start script

With the changes from https://github.com/factorial-io/factorial-frontend-stack/issues/37 we can update the middleware dependencies and fix the start script:

• remove the **dev:*** start scripts
• use only "start": "yarn run neutrino start"
