☔ Blueprint heuristic: guessing metadata from blueprint

This is the start of some possible heuristics for metadata:

• [ ] Which color belts? exclusively? if not maybe a ratio that informs applied metadata
• [ ] Has roboports? Are roboports close enough to BP perimeter to be connected to tiled version of self? to any Roboport outside BP?
• [x] Is train related? (tracks, signals, chain signals, stations)
• [ ] Circuits? (conditions, red/green, combinators, etc)
• [ ] Ratio of smelters? (and game phase)
• [ ] Ratio of assemblers (and game phase)
• [ ] Ratio of miners (and game phase)
• [x] Has modules or beacons? (later in the game)
• [ ] Centrifuge or reactor (nuclear power)
• [ ] Solar or Accumulators (solar power)
• [ ] Tileable? There may be possible to evaluate algorithmically (i.e. matching track, belt, or underground belt on same x or y value on opposite ends of opposing coordinate value, i.e. tracks at x5y10 and x5y-10) Lots of complexity here maybe
• [x] Inputs marked (filter interter/constant combinator), could be detected (implemented)

• Area for a bp (square tiles), maybe bucketed into s/m/l/xl etc
• exactly chunk sized on 1 or both dimensions
