The icon renderer currently has multiple issues which lead to wrong rendering of certain icons.
1. Original size of icons
The icon renderer is currently ignoring the original size of the icons, assuming they are always 32x32 px. This leads to wrong results as soon as icons with other sizes are involved.

2. Tinting layers
There seems to be a problem with tinting layers, especially if the first layer already has a tint. The layer then seems to appear completely white.
