doc: zh_CN translation #376

add zh_CN translation in README_zh_CN.md and a link in the original readme to it.

I discovered this nice repo about 3 years ago, forked it, translated added a feature to denote a specific save to load using env, now I found that the original repo is evolving, and the feature I added in my fork is already implemented.

So I think it is time to amend the translation for the rest of the README file and give up my own fork.

I promise that I will update the translation regularly. PTAL
