Fix crash open camera after accepting "CAMERA PERMISSION".
Clean code for FastQrReaderViewPlugin class

Hey @simoneventurini ! After a long time I decided to do a re-bump to this plugin, at least on the Android side. I don't have an iPhone yet, but I hope to get one soon so I can do a nice refactor on iOS too. I didn't merge your PR but I took some stuff from it manually. I would really appreciate if you'd take a look at the current code. It's far from clean, but it works hehe. Thank you!!
