This PR explored several UI changes around the idea of always showing a username in the entry header (using the feed name when there wasn't a disctinct user). After trying it for a while I decided I preferred the old approach (showing the article title in the header for most content entries, and leaving username for mastodon and other social streams). Opening and closing this for documentation purposes. Some of the ancillary changes will be cherry picked into a separate PR.
