Progressive web app support #58

I was playing with the idea of turning feedi into a PWA to be able to share urls to it (e.g. to add feeds while browsing pages, maybe even as a send to kindle shortcut). But it looks like the involved share_target API has little support outside chrome/android.

Opening this PR for posterity, but closing it since the feature won't work.

restoring this branch since I'm reconsidering the pwa to hide the browser toolbar (which is too similar and confusing to the current footer navbar). I'll experiment with this as part of deciding whether it makes sense to have a footer navbar or not
