Improve filters for Sentinel-3 - use CREODIAS #659

The DHuS apparently does not have Sentinel-3 OLCI level 2 water products (WFR and WRR), but CREODIAS does, e.g., try with S3B_OL_2_WFR____20221122T095242_20221122T095542_20221122T115523_0179_073_079_2160_MAR_O_NR_003.SEN3

We need to improve our filters and search for those products

@leonevalentina can you first of all check if this is still a problem or is solved with the last version of the data provider?

It is still a valid issue. I added products from the SLSTR instrument. OLCI products are still missing from WASDI.

The changes have been merged in develop and deployed in TEST.
