Sentinel-2 import fails #753

Cannot import Sentinel-2 products, apparently from any server. It looks like the download reaches 100% and then WASDI restarts all over again

Verified with L2A in the last week over Genoa and Mallorca. Reproducible from CREODIAS and AdwaisEO

The clean solution would be to migrate to SNAP v.10. What I will do is to push an hotfix to unblock the download, until SNAP v.9 is in place
