Expose a map of <ID, Scheduler> from MySchedule #126

I've created a UI for users to choose a scheduler. However, my current 
implementation is not straight forward. I have to iterate through the result of 
mySchedule.getSchedulerSettingsNames(), using  
mySchedule.getSchedulerSettings(settingsName) to get the name and fullName and 
put them into a map of <name, fullName>. This map will be used to populate list 
of options for users to choose. Then, use 
mySchedule.getScheduler(schedulerName) to get the scheduler instance. If there 
could be a map of <schedulerId, schedulerInstance>, the code would be easier to 
understand. "schedulerId" could be the name or anything else that can identify 
a scheduler.
