I did some refactoring for easier maintenance. I moved static html into html templates under dialog subfolder, updated jQuery Form plugin and fixed uploading and indexing of vocabulary files. Now classes and properties are properly shown in a dialog during editing RDF skeleton - at least from vocabularies loaded from files.
Closed two pull requests (please ignore them) , because I created a new one with squashed commits.
