Back-port all fixes from LODRefine #92

@sparkica has provided some fixes from LODRefine in different pull requests:

pull #74
pull #75
pull #77

But this was done almost one year ago. In the meantime the code base of OpenRefine, and the RDF extension, evolved quite a lot. So I'll track this in this issue.

I've manually merge all pull requests (#74, #75 and #77) into a separate branch 'lodrefine':

https://github.com/fadmaa/grefine-rdf-extension/tree/lodrefine

for testing and cleaning before merging into master.

All testing from users would be welcomed.

@sparkica, if you'd have any other patch pending in LODRefine, now it'd be a right time for sending new pull requests, and finally get all the development synced. Thanks!
