Angle beam Winkel of length .06 is missing as .stl and .blend file format. #11

This was done for consistency because no other beam-like part type is available in this length. It may be best to add the files once to be able to quickly restore these later if the need arises - and then remove all the files of the angle beam of length .06 entirely.

Half fixed with b7eac10dbba03db08694ed333d9dbf6135c7aeeb where the commit message mistakenly states that only the missing blend is added while stl, obj.
