File size exploded to dozens of MB. Use template to reduce 20 fold to KB magnitude! #6

The files are way too big - the more problematic as .blend files are binary data. Initially the parts were isolated and all removed from the .blend that was somehow possible within time. This resulted in approximately 14 MB size.

Using Copy and paste to a clean start up template requires just 700 KB.

14 MB / .7 MB = 20

=> 20 times smaller size. Even same magnitude like other non-binary formats like IGES or STEP. :dancer:

The early opportunity will be used to entirely get rid of the objects in the .git folder to reduce the clone size. This requires developers to re clone or force.

Aborting. Git garbage collector will remove these floating commits.
