[enhancement] Tweak Thumbor and Implement Image Scoring Mechanism #148

The end goal is to make Home Page beautiful. Right now if you look at the homepage some image are getting blurred. When you click the image at source there are two cases:

  1. The image is great at the source
  2. The image is bad at the source

We need to figure out a way to rank images and thus articles lower if the image is not good.

@sidharthshah Most of the images issues were found in economictimes.indiatimes.com

So i have changed parser to fix image size and fixed image urls in database and elastic search. @Shivani-Padhye is testing more sources with same issues.

I think we don't have tweak thumbor because its settings are working properly. Secondly we dont have to implement image scoring as it was issues with specific source. We will wait for @Shivani-Padhye test to get more sources with same issue.
