[enhancement] Create Blocks for Themes #313

We should look at creating theme blocks, for some inspiration:

  1. Option 1
  2. Option 2

Before working on this, please lets discuss what layouts and what components we will create. I think it would be good idea to involve everyone in this task. This will enhance our Designing and Lay outing skills.
