according information from Dylan on facebook, I found this: http://opengameart.org/content/characters-zombies-and-weapons-oh-my

not sure if it is ok to use his source file as our character and even enemy(Zombies! they are so popular now). if it does, and we indeed change our game to 2D top-down view, I think it will save tons of our arts time.
